A voice robot for customer service automation
The smart voice robot Bella can hold live conversations. Bella tackles 70% of the call-center tasks, allows to talk to 1500 clients at a time and to make calls to clients from a several million customer base.
The options are as follows: the automatic verification of the customer base, notifications distribution, analytics system and CRM. The robot is based on the unique technologies of speech synthesis, recognition and processing.
