Compas automatically recognizes the contract type: it compares it with other contracts in the database, determines the percentage of similarity, and decides to which class the document belongs. To reduce the time of employees to familiarize themselves with the document, the system analyzes the text and highlights the subject of the contract, counterparty, terms, price and other customizable entities, creating a short annotation from the document.

The service checks the contract for errors, risks and non-standard wording: it recognizes the structure of the document and detects the absence of mandatory sections, finds unwanted or suspicious wording and suggests corrections. The system makes recommendations based on company documents or manually configured rules.
