The Delimobil car-sharing service has determined the price range for the placement of shares in the range of $ 10-12 per ADS. In total, the company plans to place 20 million ADS, each of which corresponds to two ordinary shares, Interfax reports.

 
 As a result, within the framework of the IPO, the service can raise $ 200-240 million, or $ 230-276 million if the option is exercised. As a result of the transaction, there will be 152 million shares in circulation (now 112 million) or 158 million if the underwriters' option is exercised.

Delimobil May Raise $200-240 Million During IPO

Car sharing service Delimobil has submitted registration documents for an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange,

 
 The shares will be traded under the ticker DMOB. The price range and quantity that will be offered to investors have not yet been specified. BofA Securities Inc, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., VTB Capital, as well as Renaissance Securities, Sberbank CIB and Banco Santander were selected to organize the placement.

 
 The fact that Delimobil is planning an IPO in the fall, following which it intends to raise $ 350 million, was reported by Reuters. For the first time this became known back in 2019. It was planned to use the raised funds to expand its presence in the regions and CIS countries.

Delimobil, one of the leading car-sharing services in Russia, is planning to go public this fall, raising around $350 million from investors.

 
 According to Reuters, the service will place its shares on the New York Stock Exchange, with Bank of America and Citi chosen as placement agents. Two more interlocutors of the agency clarified that among other banks UBS, Sberbank CIB, VTB Capital and Renaissance Capital might take part as well.
