Platform for working with clients in social networks and instant messengers
The platform provides a universal API for the interaction of contact center operators with users of instant messengers and social networks.
EraLink allows you to integrate customer service processes through social networks into existing operator workplace software. Automated service scenarios, incoming and outgoing mailings are also possible. The platform collects all information about the interaction and transfers it to an external database.
There is integration with anti-virus systems for secure file sharing.
