Ingipro allows the participants of a meeting to open documents in browser, view, collectively add marks in real time, hold voice-controlled discussion and send messages. The system performs an automatic recording linking it to the notes users make in the document. During the meeting the system automatically generates minutes. 

Ingipro offers the functionality for checking and reviewing engineering documents (drawings, images, text documents). All annotations and comments created by a user are clickable objects to which you can attach a chat or audio message.
