This is a software that helps automate municipal authorities’ activities on public areas and courtyards inventory. It includes an app and a web-portal.
The app is intended for inspectors who supervise courtyards, individual housing construction sites, property units (including assets under construction) and land lots owned by (used by) legal entities and individuals.

The app uses different maps, including the cadastre map of the Federal Agency for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr). With its technical capabilities, the app automatically fills in the available data fields of inventory forms. It also synchronizes with the State information systems.
