This service allows you to send a proposed investment project in electronic form to the Government of Moscow for review. To do this, you need to create an account and submit an application. It is required to fill out a form describing the project parameters and attach all additional necessary materials.

Submitted investment initiatives are considered in accordance with the «one stop shop» principle. The response time, assuming additional review by the Government of Moscow is not required, is one to five working days.

Submitted applications are displayed in the “Appeals / Complaints" section of the personal account. Users will receive notifications regarding any change in status of their applications.
