Platform for staff performance assessment, development and training
The basis of the training methodology is the maps of skills and competencies (MNC) corresponding to the positions of employees. MNC is a comprehensive system of knowledge, skills and personality characteristics necessary for an employee to match the profile of the position. The MNC selection allows testing employees for compliance with 257 posts and training according to individualized education program.
The platform enables to conduct a mass assessment of personnel, test professional competencies, determine the degree of labor compliance and knowledge gaps, analyze test results and create an individual trajectory of employee’s training and development. It is possible to select experts on the platform for conducting group training activities: webinars, face-to-face trainings, development of new courses for the company, online programs. The content database has more than 1300 microcourses in 15 directions.
