Kvorum (Quorum) is an information system for maintaining houseowners’ and HOAs members’ rosters, preparing and holding general meetings of owners of the premises in apartment buildings. Provides e-voting opportunity in accordance with article 47.1 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation. Kvorum (Quorum) ensures preparing and holding of meetings and provides the opportunity to vote online for users (in their personal account or in the app) during the entire voting period.
