Multi-core processors
MALT (Manycore Architecture with Lightweight Threads) is a family of energy efficient processors with a large number of programmable cores on a single chip. The MALT line includes models with scalar, vector and mixed architectures.
MALT-C is a universal processor performing computationally complex crypto transformations and, in particular, blockchain transactions with extreme energy efficiency. MALT-D processors are intended for parallel work with large data arrays stored in RAM or external memory and are characterized by complex processing logic. MALT-F processors solve mathematical physics problems requiring irregular memory access in an energy efficient way.
In terms of programming simplicity, MALT architecture is similar to universal x86/GPU/ARM multi-core systems.
