Automation platform for buying and selling advertising platforms
The platform allows for algorithmic purchases (programmatic) of advertising on mobile and stationary devices: banners, video, mobile applications, Digital out of Home, SmartTV, Digital Audio with its own data collection and processing service.
To target ads, OTM uses Big Data tools collected from various sources. OTM includes the Videonow internet video ad network and the VideoTarget mobile video ad network.
In September 2021, VimpelCom acquired 67% of the OTM platform.
