
Automated system of psychographic analysis of bank’s users
The system allows you to determine with a high degree of accuracy the psychological type of consumers on a small sample and with the help of Big Data analysis using anonymized data, then extrapolate the results to the entire customer database. After profiling, psychographics analysts work out a communication strategy of interaction with every customer segment.
The universal behavior model uses the data drawn from the direct observation of a person’s behavior and forms a picture of the personality’s individual mindset and behavior stereotypes. The model allows you to quickly and accurately determine if the subject belongs to this or another population segment, create or adapt an offer and communication to the specifics of his perception and decision-making.
