
Customer Experience Analysis System
The system automatically collects and classifies complaints from digital channels, including mobile applications, chatbot data, open questions in NPS, CSI, data from the form on the site.
Realytics identifies topics, determines the tone and classifies complaints into different verticals. At the heart of the analytical engine of the system is a methodology for obtaining value from topics that users mention in messages.
The results of the work are displayed in the format of graphs and presentations at the level of the product, brand or industry as a whole.
