1C Company has acquired a controlling stake (51%) in the developer of online accounting for the banking sector AK in exchange for investment. The exact amount of funds raised has not been specified.

The investments will be used to launch a program to support the new tax regime for small businesses, which will take effect next year.

Tax accounting services produced by AK are used according to the white label model in the projects of Cifra from VTB, Modul Accounting from Modulbank.
