SIBUR Holding and corporate accelerator GenerationS have summed up the results of the first stage of the program to find innovative solutions in the field of labor protection and industrial safety, legal support, daily activities of employees, corporate education and HR-tech, reports CRN.
Among the finalists were five Moscow teams, which will continue to collaborate with SIBUR to scale up the prototypes developed by the company. It:
● Embedika (LLC "Embedika") with a prototype of a digital product for checking non-standard contracts for compliance with the company's requirements in terms of unlimited and limited liability, arbitration clauses.
● XOR (DM Labs LLC) with a solution for passing exit interviews in the chatbot format with the ability to collect and analyze the results of respondents' answers.
● Unireco (LLC Datahauz) with a prototype solution for remote introductory H&S briefing, knowledge control and accounting of the number of external visitors.
● TrainingSpace (LLC "Cloud Group") with a layout of reports on the results of feedback from functional customers and a solution for conducting online methods of comprehensive personnel assessment on a pilot group of employees
● SessionDesign (Image Personnel LLC) with a prototype of a digital tool - an assistant for managers, which allows you to form recommendations for conducting team sessions based on the needs of the leader, and also contains a library of team session templates.
In total, 250 applications from Russia and foreign countries were received for participation in the accelerator.
