Now I can confirm with satisfaction that we have reached an agreed solution with the Ministry of Defence and other bodies: we have received frequencies that can be used for the 5G network deployment. We have prepared a plan for converting the spectrum in order to move the military communications to the other bands. [...] And most importantly, a political decision was made that all equipment that would be used to create 5G would be of domestic production. The necessary funds will be allocated for this work.
