The government plans to increase the number of specialists in the field of radio electronics by 2030 from 1 thousand to 9 thousand annually. In total, the government intends to additionally train and retain about 60 thousand specialists in this field during the period of 7-8 years.

For this purpose, it is proposed to provide end-to-end training and personnel management from schools to universities and places of employment, create laboratories in universities jointly with enterprises, increase enrollment for specialized departments, involve students in research and development and launch about 25 ‘youth laboratories’ every year. This goal is stated in the updated version of the presentation of the new national project for the development of the radio electronics industry.
