Russian companies more often than foreign ones note the importance of cybersecurity as a competitive advantage. 19% of the respondents think so. Another 13% attribute this parameter to the sources of the company's growth in the market.

According to 22% of respondents, the main targets of hackers are mobile devices, the Internet of Things and cloud services. Ransomware is a concern of 21%.

Less than half (48%) of companies surveyed in Russia and 40% in the world, according to the study, fully understand the risk of data leakage through third parties, using a formalized organization risk assessment system.

According to the research carried out by Rostelecom-Solar, more than 70% of Russian companies record violations related to access to information systems. In half of the cases, according to respondents, this leads to leakage of confidential information.
