Earlier, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media announced the creation of an interdepartmental working group to combat telephone fraud, which includes representatives of the largest mobile operators, credit institutions, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Security Service, Roskomnadzor and the Bank of Russia.
