AutoFAQ, Moscow-based AI-powered knowledge base service for employee and customer support via dialog systems is included in the register of domestic software. This was announced by the co-founder and CEO of the platform Vladislav Belyaev on his Facebook page. The corresponding order was signed by the Ministry of Digital Affairs on November 30.

Vladislav also noted that inclusion in the register of domestic software will be especially important from January 1, 2021. Starting from this date, the article of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation on operations not subject to taxation will be valid in a new edition, and licenses for software sold in Russia (both foreign and domestic) not included in the register will be taxed at 20%.
