Moscow-based startup Solut (part of the Lanit Group) has created a software solution that allows employers to recognize and analyze the actions of employees during work.

Monitoring takes place using a smart watch. The device accumulates information on the movements of a person's hands using an accelerometer and a gyroscope, after which the data is transmitted to the server.

Using artificial intelligence and neural networks, the system analyzes information on the movements of workers' hands, recognizes the types of activities specific to each specific specialty, and generates reports.
