Andrey Neznamov has been appointed chairman of the international group in the Council of Europe’s Ad Hoc Committee on Artificial Intelligence
The international group for global consultations of the Council of Europe's Ad Hoc Committee on Artificial Intelligence (AI) has started its work.
Andrey Neznamov, executive director of the Center for Data Research for State Bodies of Sberbank, was appointed chairman of the group.
Andrey Neznamov is the co-author of the National Strategy for the Development of AI and the Concept of Regulation of AI and Robotics. He will assist in organizing and conducting global consultations with European states, representatives of science and business on the regulation of AI in Europe until the end of 2021.
