Ashmanov Neural Networks opened access to the speech synthesis system for the Russian language. Stanislav Ashmanov, the founder of the open platform for creating voice assistants SOVA, announced this on his Facebook page.

“It can be used for commercial purposes free of charge (Apache 2.0 license). The dataset is also available for free use. This is part of our SOVA project: we are making an open platform for voice assistants. We want the creation of another Alice or Marusya to be not be more difficult than creating a website or a mobile application.
