The Delimobil car-sharing service has determined the price range for the placement of shares in the range of $ 10-12 per ADS. In total, the company plans to place 20 million ADS, each of which corresponds to two ordinary shares, Interfax reports.
As a result, within the framework of the IPO, the service can raise $ 200-240 million, or $ 230-276 million if the option is exercised. As a result of the transaction, there will be 152 million shares in circulation (now 112 million) or 158 million if the underwriters' option is exercised.
