The global crowdsourced delivery service Dostavista with Russian roots has raised $35 million, changing its international brand to Borzo.
The Funding round C was led by Flashpoint, AddVenture, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), as well as VNV Global (Sweden) and the Mubadala (UAE), with terms of the deal undisclosed. Using the raised funds, the company plans to strengthen its international position under the new brand and develop new products.

Borzo (formerly Dostavista) was founded in Moscow in 2012 by entrepreneurs Mike Alexandrovski and Dmitry Zubkov. According to the company’s profile on Crunchbase, it currently operates in 10 countries under the brand Borzo with headquarter in Amsterdam. Its Russian service retained the brand name Dostavista.
