DocClub, Moscow-based startup developing an interactive training platform for doctors, has attracted investments from Winter Capital. The exact amount of the invested funds is not disclosed, however, according to experts, it is estimated to be $600 thousand.
The funds will be used to promote the project in the medical and pharmaceutical communities of Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod and Yaroslavl. DocClub intends to cover more than 4500 doctors of narrow specializations in these cities. In the future, the founder of the startup, Mikhail Litvinenko, plans to accredit the simulator with the Ministry of Health.
There are several projects on the Russian market that are somewhat similar in functionality to DocClub. According to the rating of resources where doctors can exchange experience, the most popular are the social networks of medical portals Doctors of the Russian Federation and Doktor na rabote - about 40% of respondents are registered on each of them, and many of them are on both at once. These are the conclusions reached by the Top of Mind MR&C agency in 2019.
