Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has tasked the Ministry of Digital Development with preparing the draft law on the preferential use of domestic software, hardware and software systems, telecom equipment and radioelectronic products by November 1. The document is supposed to set requirements for preferential use of these products by all subjects of critical information infrastructure.

The Ministry of Digital Development is to submit another draft law on requirements for highly significant projects stipulating the execution period, technology readiness level and commercialization parameters. The government expects the draft law by September 30.
