Eticket4, a online platform for resale of tickets for events from Moscow, has attracted investments from the founder of the TicketOK ticket service Vitaliy Morgachev. The entrepreneur joined the project as a strategic partner.

The investor will get 5% of the project, the investment amount was not disclosed. According to the company’s information, Eticket4 is estimated at about 220 million rubles. Thus, Morgachev’s investment could amount to 11 million rubles.

Morgachev will focus on developing new technical solutions for the marketplace. One of the tasks is to diversify the sources of monetization.

Eticket4 has been operating since 2016. Monetization of the service is ensured by collecting agency fees from transactions for the sale and purchase of tickets for entertainment events.
