The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) initiates an audit of the e-commerce market, in which it will study the interaction of participants, in particular, the possibility of suppliers moving from one marketplace to another.

The service is preparing to conduct an analysis of the market where the marketplaces operate. Within its framework, the FAS will study in detail the interaction of participants, problems of access to the market and other issues," the statement says.

In turn, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, according to the publication, together with representatives of the industry, is preparing a code of good practices for the e-commerce market.

Representatives of Wildberries and Yandex.Market said that their rules of operation are reflected in the offers, which each supplier gets acquainted with. All changes in the rules of cooperation of the platform are communicated to the partners in the prescribed manner. SberMarket noted that they are concluding long-term contracts with retailers. At the same time, the terms of cooperation do not change unilaterally.
