Five industrial technology parks will be built in Moscow outside the Third Ring Road. The total volume of private investments will amount to $221.3 million (17 billion rubles).

Construction sites will be located in:

• Novomoskovskiy administrative district, investments in the technology park with an area of ​​at least 14.5 thousand square meters will amount to more than $7.17 million (550 million rubles);
• Northern administrative district, the investments in the construction of the park will amount to $14.3 million (1.1 billion rubles). The area of ​​the technology park will be 20.7 thousand square meters;
• South-Western administrative district, the construction area will exceed 57 thousand square meters;
• Troitskiy administrative district, industrial premises of the technology park will cover almost 60 thousand square meters;
• Zelenograd, investments in the project will exceed $52.1 million (4 billion rubles). The construction area is over 100,000 square meters.

According to mos.ru, R&D accounts for 32% of the activity structure of Moscow technology parks, while software development and other IT and telecom activities account for 15%.
