ANO Smart Apartment House, which will develop digital services in apartment buildings, was registered in Russia. The organization was founded by telecom operators, developers and technology companies. The decision to create the organization was made by an interdepartmental working group of the Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation. Nikita Utkin was appointed director general of the new organization.

The companies of MTS, Yadro, Morion, Alphaopen, Unicorn and the structures of Rostelecom, Sberbank, Samolet and Etalon have already participated in the organization work.

The nearest plans include the finalization and approval of the Concept of Apartment Buildings Digitalization. Experts of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities expect that “the new ANO will become an industry-specific think tank, providing the proper level of expertise and analytics in the subject area”.
