According to unofficial data, this issue was to be considered at a meeting of the State Commission on Radio Frequencies (GRFC). It was assumed that they would be allocated to an indefinite circle of persons for organizing the operation of radio-electronic means (RES) installed on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

To use the range, an expert opinion will be required on the possibility of using the declared RES and their electromagnetic compatibility with the existing and planned RES for use. Wherein radio-electronic means installed on the UAV should not be used to create networks. There is no information on the decision on this issue in the minutes of the GRFC meeting.
