As part of digital transformation, the Interfax information group will create a separate company, Interfax - Digital Solutions, which will develop analytical IT systems. According to the press service of the group, the ownership structure and the main composition of the management will not change as a result of the reorganization.

According to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Interfax Group, Mikhail Komissar, the consolidation of digital resources and competencies in the new company will make it more attractive for IT professionals and optimize business processes in the group.

At the moment, the development of systems by Interfax (SPARK, SCAN, X-Compliance, Marker, RU Data, SCOUT, ASTRA) is being carried out by more than 500 specialists in the fields of information technology, artificial intelligence and big data. These products account for the majority of the group's revenues.
