Sberbank announced the acquisition of 100% of JivoSite LLC, which develops Jivo - a customer communication platform. The deal will be closed in July 2021; according to Kommersant, the deal is estimated at 1.5-2 billion rubles.

Sberbank plans to integrate Jivo into its ecosystem and increase the number of available channels of communication with the bank’s companies for their clients. The founders of the platform will continue to work in the company: Timur Valishev - as CEO, Nikolay Ivannikov - as CTO.
