The Association of Managers and the Kommersant Publishing House have released an annual rating of the top 50 Russian IT directors by industry and business as part of “Top 1000 Russian Managers” ranking.

The top three CIOs in the IT sector include Maxim Shahab from Kaspersky Lab, Alexander Filatov from Lanit, and Marina Konova from CROC.

The telecom category includes Viktor Belov from MTS, Grigory Savenok from MegaFon, Aleksey Berzin from Transtelecom, and Anton Rubenchik from Beeline.

As the authors of the rating note, the CIO category this year came out on top in terms of the share of new names (58%).
