Mail.ru Group's gaming division, My.Games, has acquired a controlling stake in the Belarusian hyper-casual game developer Mamboo Games. The amount of the share was not disclosed.

As part of the deal, My.Games will pay more than $2 million at close, as well as a deferred payment, the amount of which will be determined depending on the performance of the business.

To date, Mamboo Games, with a staff of 35, has developed over 30 projects.

In the fall of 2020, My.Games reported having invested in Mamboo Games. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
