Media: VK and Sber Seeking to Sell Delivery Club
VK and Sber are considering selling the Delivery Club food delivery service. Yandex may become the potential buyer. However, the companies do not rule out the option of exchanging assets.
Yandex can exchange Delivery Club for Yandex.News and Yandex.Zen services, but only if the current owners agree to leave the company as a result of the deal. Yandex, Sber, VK and Delivery Club do not comment on the information on the possible exchange.
In April, Yandex signed an agreement with VK on the main terms of the sale of Yandex.News and Yandex.Zen services. The details of the deal were not revealed.
