Medtech Startup Checkme Raises $714,000 Investment Funds

Checkme, a medical startup, raised $714,000 following the results of the investment round, the company was valued at $5 million.

The company will use part of the investments to develop the B2B area, including the Checkme VHI (voluntary health insurance) constructor. The funds raised will also be used to develop a recommendation system and a health monitoring module, and to expand the product line.

Among the investors are Mikhail Kuchment, co-owner and chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sovcombank, and Sergey Dashkov, co-founder of Angelsdeck (venture capital investors club).

In 2020 Checkme raised $375,000 from several investors. The funds were planned to be used to increase the number of programs, the number of partners and expand the team.
