MegaFon has released its financial results for the third quarter of 2021. The telecom operator increased its revenue by 6.2% year-on-year to $1.2 billion (91.8 billion rubles) in the third quarter of 2021.

The company's net profit increased by 3.3%, reaching $180 million (13.5 billion rubles). Net debt decreased by $208 million (15.6 billion rubles) to $3.8 billion (286.3 billion rubles).

Revenue from the provision of services increased by 4.6%, while the sale of equipment soared by 20.3%. In total, service revenue accounted for $1.08 billion (81.7 billion rubles). The main factors of positive dynamics are the growth of revenue from data transmission, content services, as well as analytical services using big data and ICT projects.

Revenue by main products and segments:

• $963.3 million (72.3 billion rubles) - mobile communication services;
• $111.9 million (8.4 billion rubles) - fixed communication services;
• $134.6 million (10.1 billion rubles) - sale of subscriber equipment and accessories.
