The Ministry of Digital Development has approved an order that establishes the procedure for issuing licenses for export of telecom equipment from Russia to the Eurasian Economic Union. The document does not apply to the individuals crossing the border with their electronic devices used for personal needs.

The list of telecom hardware is set out in the appendix. The list includes monitors and projectors, telephones, printed circuits, radio equipment, data storage devices, cables, etc.

The Department for Promotion of Radio Electronic Products Demand will issue licenses. The procedure approved by the order is valid until December 31, 2022.
