The Ministry of Digital Development has published an application form for the preliminary selection of IT projects on the unified public services portal. The amount of state aid in 2022 is $85.2 million (7.5 billion rubles). The ministry expects that this amount will be significantly increased.
Grant support for projects is provided by several foundations:

• The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises;
• The Skolkovo Foundation;
• The Russian Foundation for Information Technology Development (RFRIT).

At the moment participants can submit an application for support only to RFRIT.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media had proposed to allocate 14 billion rubles to support IT companies until the end of the year.
