The Ministry of Digital Development plans to launch a marketplace for Russian software in April 2022. Rights holders will be able to apply to place their products included in the register of Russian software on the government services portal.

The product page will provide the information about the product’s functionality, price, areas of application and compatibility with operating systems. In addition, the page will display information about foreign solutions that can be replaced by this product.

In October 2021, it was reported that experts planned to create a marketplace for Russian industrial software. The marketplace will feature programs that companies use to manage production processes, design products, for dispatch control and and collecting data from objects.
