The Ministry of Digital Development will prepare the “New Industrial Software” and “New System Software” roadmaps for the development of high-tech areas by November 1. The instruction was prepared based on the results of the strategic session dedicated to software import substitution.

By the end of October, the government commission will discuss and select projects that involve the creation of Russian IT solutions and qualify for state support in the form of grants. Roadmaps will be prepared according to the results of this selection.
