More than 6.3 million electronic medical records are registered in the Unified medical information and analytical system (EMIAS) in Moscow. At the same time, the total number of registered patients in EMIAS exceeded the mark of 9.7 million people.

The electronic medical record contains information about the patient's diseases, doctor's visits, prescribed medications, and sick lists. The card is available both during a visit to the clinic and during an ambulance call. In the future, these cards will be used not only by doctors of clinics and emergency services, but also by employees of the capital's hospitals.
