The developments of the Moscow’s doctors powered by artificial intelligence have formed the basis of federal standards. Four standards have been adopted at the federal level, and seven more are currently under development. With their help, it is planned to accelerate the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies to help doctors in diagnosing and treating patients in all medical institutions of the country.
The national standards were created on the basis of the results of Moscow’s experiment on the use of computer vision in radiology. They are available for both developers and customers from all regions of Russia on the website of Rosstandart.
The first Russian national standards of the Artificial Intelligence Systems in Clinical Medicine series were approved by Rosstandart on December 6, 2021.
