A.S. Puchkov Ambulance and Emergency Care Station obtained a patent for a medical complex for emergency care. The system includes algorithms for processing data from medical interviews; the algorithms were developed on the basis of ambulance calls.

Patient are still interviewed by dispatchers: they fill out a special questionnaire, the data from which is processed by artificial intelligence algorithms. The system classifies the request, determines its urgency, and can provide recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment.

The implementation of the system into practice allowed to reduce the response time and time required for providing medical care.
