The city of Moscow and the VK company agreed to co-develop and implement best practices and advanced technologies in the city. The partners will:

• use cloud technologies and apply artificial intelligence;
• organize big data storage and use Russian database tools;
• develop means of communication to interact with the city residents.

Mayor Sergei Sobyanin of Moscow and VK CEO Vladimir Kiriyenko signed the agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The partnership is to improve the quality of Moscow services and the living standard in general.
