GetCourse, a SaaS online learning platform, raised $50 million in a funding round led by Winter Capital Partners Fund, Goldman Sachs, and Baring Vostok, Interfax reports. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the funds will be used to develop the product and enter the international market, according to VC.ru.
The platform's valuation was estimated at $0.6 billion in 2020. It is expected that in 2021 this figure will exceed $1 billion, which will put the company on par with such global industry leaders as Kajabi ($1.5 billion) and Thinkific ($0.3 billion).
