Moscow hospitals began to introduce a digital system that will help assess the condition of a patient admitted to the admissions unit.

A nurse will enter data into the system during the initial examination of the patient. The information will also be available in the inpatient’s electronic medical record. Based on the information received, a medical report, a preliminary diagnosis and complex prescriptions are formed, and the need for providing urgent medical care is determined. All further decisions are made by the doctor.

The system is currently being tested in several hospitals. During this year, specialists plan to introduce the system in all multi-speciality hospitals for adults of the city, and then in children’s hospitals. The program is integrated into the unified digital healthcare platform.
