Moscow authorities began publication of datasets on such spheres as economy, healthcare, tourism, environment, housing and public utilities on the Open Data Portal.
More than 30 thematic datasets about the city are available in the public domain. The selected indicators were based on two lists of smart city standards: U4SSC (United for smart sustainable cities) - developed by ITU of the UN, and ISO-37120 (Sustainable cities and communities — Indicators for city services and quality of life). The indicators will be continuously added to increase the awareness of citizens, mass media, companies and experts about the goals of sustainable development of Moscow as a smart metropolis.
